how to make my eyes more noticeable

Hi so I have almost green eyes or like hazel eyes idk, but they look like brown or black?
Just when I use lighting (sun...) they are little bit noticeable.
I have dark hair and dark thick eyebrows and im tanned, is that why?

Green eyes are just not noticeable. And no, lighter eyebrows won't help, it will just be a looksmin

Greenish-hazel eyes, green part only gets visible in right lighting.
