How to make my forearms pop out more?

Any advice on forearm excersises? Only ones i know either really hurt the wrist and make it pop when doing them or dont make feel a thing if i lower the weight

Just do a hammer curl with a pronation grip.
did it for the first time today, felt that shit immediately.

I do not remember the name but the movement is very simple. You pick up a barbell and twist your hand in counterclockwise and clockwise motion but it hurts my wrists when i do it. Another one is resting my forearm on a bench un curling my wrists with a barbell
