how to make my hair silloulette look differet

my skull shaped like the right

i achieved back of my hair like this but the top of my hair (yellow) is stil higher than blue

how shall I fix this? go nearly bald on yellow or grow more on blue, from the side my hair looks big compared to rest of my face but that may be due to it having a consistent hair density and then a sudden stop without a more thin region/a taper
