But if u rly want to correct it, you have to identify if it is a bone or a muscle asymmetry first.

Yes barely noticable, you have to look really hard to notice it, and thats in pics, in motion its basically invisible.

you could just get filler, you prob wont need much and then you can decide if you rly need a surgery

That's a really minor difference, and I wouldn't expect anything "practical" (like losing fat) to make that difference. Since your jaw already looks good, your best bet would be to just make your peace with it. People who try to make really tiny improvements via surgery often end up bog'd.
