My lower third is wide enough imo but it’s really round. I attached an image of what it looks like and I drew a line of how I wish it looked like.

I’m going to try lowering bf% but I don’t think it’ll be enough for this

Literally just want that extra mm at the corner

I can’t get surgery btw, so any methods even if they’re cope or could cause injury are welcome

Same issue here. If you don’t want surgery then filler is your only real option

Train muscles with trainer like this

Would that not make my face look more bloated?
On the contrary, your facial skin will tighten and you will look thinner, wth

It will. The masseter is a big round muscle so if it grows it will make your face look rounded. Jfl at chewcels

Light stubble for definition and filler. Filler won't make you look bloated if it's used sparingly and in the right places, so go to someone who knows what they're doing

@svarddre @soggra Is there any truth to this since both of you said it’ll make you bloated

Are there conditions that’ll make chewing work? Like if you had a narrow jaw would chewing be good or is it always a looksmin

There’s also people like Brett Maverick who preach chewing

I’m just curious since it’s like a lot of people say it works and a lot of people say it don’t

I’m not 100% positive but if it were true then everyone with bruxism would be slayers. If you do it and dont like it, then your only options would be Botox or surgery to reduce the size

Is there a way to chew so that it only targets the bottom of the masseter?

My idea here is that since the whole masseter is round then activating all of it would make it expand and look more round, but if I was able to only activate the bottom of it (which is the part in the picture that would need to be larger to get the desired result) then it would make it look more flared out on the bottom.

It would probably still look kinda rounded but it wouldn’t expand the top so it wouldn’t make the whole side of the face look round

Since the masseter is made up of 2 heads maybe isolating the deep head would do this

This is all just random shit that I’m thinking there’s probably no way any of this works jfl

No, you can’t selectively target an area of a muscle, if it was like a tricep with 3 different muscle heads making up one big muscle then you could, but all parts of the muscle would still grow. Even if you could there’s no chance of preventing growth in other parts, plus you’d have to chew that way for everything you ever eat.
