How to make my labiomental fold go "out" more? It is caused by a pulled back mandible so I need to somehow get my mandible pulled forward.

Ortho suggested rubber bands but they are gonna ruin my maxilla so no. Need some good non surgical ways. Fucking ortho pulled 2 of my lower premolars, that's what made my mandible go back, although the crowding was somewhat big, still don't know if the extractions were just somewhat justifiable

already told you, my situation is similar to yours, we need a bimax bsso with chin reduction. Non surgical ways are shit tier

are you clenching your teeth in the photo, and are your molars touching at rest?

how old are you?

Your chin is just oddly shaped. It’s over basically.

I think u need chin height

Do you have bruxism and long midface?

Not clenching, but yes my molars are touching

they're not supposed to, move your mandible forward, your teeth are supposed to hover a bit over each other in the neutral position, you're literally giving yourself an overbite.

Isn't that jutting then, and shouldn't teeth be in light contact?
And I mean the overbite is there regardless as my mandible got pulled back and kinda formed into a overbote position. Read that teeth should be able to touch for a proper bite, I can jutt my mandible forward to "fix" my overbite but then my molars aren't touching or only one side is touching which is not ideal tbh, correct me if I'm wrong

jutting is when you're giving yourself an underbite on purpose.

they should either be in light contact or hover a bit, but they should be on the same level, you've currently got your mandible way behind causing an overbite.

Shit I dunno, I physically can't even give myself an underbite. I'll try to do what you suggested tho. But it still isn't my natural mandible position that's what's bothering me here, cause would that overtime cause TMJ? Do you do that to your mandible and do you keep your teeth in contact?

Also what are your thoughts on rubber bands in my current situation, kinda sceptical about them

You can get surgery, but first please at least fucking try to grow your neck dude…

rubber bands gave me a hooked nose, a big sceral eye difference (bad eye support) and more nasiobal folds look
