I’m at abt 6in rn and want it to be bigger. Any methods that act work?

Does it touch the toilet water almost when sitting down? If so, you're probably already big enough for most women (~7 BPEL).

If not, try stretching and hanging weights, but diet and hormones/etc. play a role and can determine the progress/outcome.
