bonesmashing People say it's fake, but they've never tried it themselves. I observed that in one month of bonesmashing, not every day 3 days a week, I noticed some tissues appearing in the zygos and they are permanent because the bone adapted It's not a big change, but if you don't want to do that, just use makeup.

30 seconds each side, 2 or 3 rounds. It's not meant to break the bone, but to feel them firmer, and when it starts to hurt, stop means bones are adpating and want regenerate. and eventually you'll feel some tissue in the bone You can use your fists because it's easier to control when to stop than with a hammer that can be dangerous.

Well, I personally noticed some tissues appearing; I press them with my two fingers and they look like a bunch of clumps stuck together It's as if they were new cells, but I know it's not bone, it's tissue.
