Just pretend you had a late night class and are stopping there for a drink and maybe drunk people will be friendly to you and then later on in sober world they will see you and continue friendship. But more likely you will sit there, nervous, have your drink, nothing happens and you'll go home. But at least you tried.

I used to be popular in my freshmen years, back then people would come up handshake and fist bump with me, everyone knows me, my social proof was insane girls were digging it. then I took years off because of health reason and now I came back as nobody, invisible abused dog.

Don't expect anyone to introduced you like you are someone special. Especially in Nordic countries or Germany, maybe it's much easier in America and Canada.

i talked to those guys before and thought i was cool with them and didnt know if they were a tight group or just randoms talking. then i knew i fucked up when i was ignored. what i mean by introduce is they should already know you from class but its just social proof like when the friend invites you to the bar with their group.

depends on country and its culture as well. Making friends in America or Canada is easy af, whereas in Sweden or Japan it takes 2-3 years atleast to be FRIENDS.
