How can I reduce the size of my nose?
corticosteroids, retinoids, and even latisse of you feel bold
someone on here did this and got mogger results
dont be afraid to use stronger compounds, i might be an exception but i can tolerate betamethasone daily and i can skip days and nothing happens
mark as solution fr
some threads on certain use of creams. look into them if you want especially on "best of the best"

Isotretinoin or Hydrocortisone usage (read this thread) Oh and rhinoplasty also works but that’s the more straightforward answer. Mark as solution if this helps

If it’s from inflammation then a corticosteroid cream or afrin may help but if it’s the actual size the only thing I know of is a rhinoplasty (less sure about the afrin spray. I’ll have to try it for myself first to know for sure how good it works.)

you can’t actually shrink nose bone/cartilage without surgery, but you can make it look smaller: lose some face fat if needed, keep good posture (forward head makes it stand out), pick a haircut with volume to balance your face, glasses can help, facial hair shifts attention, and photo angles/lighting matter a lot. permanent fix is rhinoplasty, everything else is just illusion.

I was on accutane for a year and I noticed that it looked smaller. Not a huge change but def noticeable.
