How to make Pin-Straight Hair more appealing (WITH PIC)

I've heard that 1A Hair can't be fixed without a PERM, which is absolutely incorrect, there will always be a product/way to make your hair look more textured/voluminous just better overall.
This guide will tell you about ways to make your straight hair look more appealing without a PERM, this thread is also made from experience.

• First of all, you should understand that blow drying is a big cheat code, if you let your hair air dry you're losing all the texture you could've gained, heat is very helpful in making your hair stay/get into places, so make sure you already have a blow dryer, even better if you have a diffuser.

and yes, believe it or not, diffusers tend to give more volume/texture to straight/fine hair.

• Utilize products like Clay/Pomade, Sea Salt Spray, and Hair Sprays. (I don't recommend texture powder, but I admit its viable)
  
  1. The biggest difference I've seen is with maximum hold hair clay, you can get it in any country where people have straight hair, and most of the time cheap ones work too (Not counting the poisonous ones) I recommend REUZEL, which is very famous in european regions for their good hair products.
  2. Sea Salt Spray is very problematic as it dries out your hair, most countries don't have sea salt spray which contains healthy/good ingredients meaning that using them will impact your hair negatively, If you can, get the tiktokcel Based/Simpletics sea salt spray or look into some sea salt sprays locally, make sure they contain ingredients that counteract drying out your hair!
  3. Hair Spray is very useful as there are many different types, e.g Volumizing/Texturizing/Fixating, very wide variety of choice, obviously make sure their healthy before using. I recommend Living Proof hair spray (pic)
  4. Texture Powder is useful for short hair, easy to apply, and very cheap depending where you're buying it.
  5. Make sure you're always using products with mostly natural ingredients, so your hair doesn't get damaged and get worse!

• USE VOLUMIZING/TEXTURIZING SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER.
  
  • This is something I see get overlooked so often, Like no way you haven't seen that tiktok of the dude using his wifes volumizing shampoo and gaining weight in his hair JFL. Make sure the product is HEALTHY for your hair, look into reviews (photo/video) on amazon and you'll see how it works and if its viable. I recommend AMIKA, they have both shampoo and conditioner.

• NOW FOR THE PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY HAVE TRIED ALL OF THIS, AND HAVE GAINED LITTLE/NOT ENOUGH TEXTURE AND VOLUME.
• These are hair rollers, you've probably seen your grandma using them, easy to get.
• 
• You need like an hour of wearing this to get texture/volume for 3 DAYS (no washing) if your hair can withstand 3 days of not washing, this is the best and I MEAN the best choice, I have a lot of experience with these, it's just a perm with no chemicals and no damaging your hair.

• However long you leave them on for is how big of a hold the curls ---> transitioning into wavier hair, will have. it also makes your hair look longer.
• I have them on for about 40 mins, take them off and scrunch my hair and style it in the way I like. This is the best choice if you don't have products.
• You can yap about how it's gay fruity etc and that this thread is water, but if you actually utilize it it will be very useful

CONCLUSION is that you can always alter your hair for the best, im growing my hair out rn and i'll rock the straight hair tho.
clay works the best product-wise, curlers are the absolute best till the perm.
