no worries. i've had eye surgery (photorefractive keratectomy) before, and the surgeon used some eye drops before that caused my pupils to constrict. i can't remember what they were called but they were very effective

you don't even need the eye drops. it's possible to train yourself to constrict your pupils on command. there's a tribe of people in asia called the moken people who're able to see clearly underwater without swimming goggles by constricting their pupils. there's a scientific study ( https://sci.bban.top/pdf/10.1016/j.visres.2006.05.004.pdf?download=true ) where researchers trained a bunch of people to constrict their pupils on command using a bunch of lights and posters. i also remember seeing a scientific study about a simpler way of training to constrict your pupils on command with biofeedback, but i can't find it anymore
i was genuinely just thinking about this. since the pupils are controlled by muscles you could theoretically either strengthen the muscles that contract pupils and atrophy the other muscles over time or even better learn to do it on command
i don't think it's about the muscles being atrophied or strong. i think it's more to do with having a good mind muscle connection. the muscles at play here are probably already at the right strength since you subconsciously constrict and dilate your pupils all the time, you just need to know which neurons to fire in order to do it on command
Do you think they really became smaller or after they constricted your pupils and blasted off the melanosomes it appeared that way? (check out the yellowish specks around your pupil)
