How to make quads stronger without them being hypertrophied?

I need strong quads, but have really good quad genetics so recently they have become bigger than I like (since they mess up how I look in outfits such as skinny jeans).

Any way to keep them strong but at the same time lose hypertrophy? Thanks

Edit: Some tips for calves would be nice as well

Bigger quads are good anyway, I doubt you're able to get them big enough to the point it looks grotesque.

Do heavier weights, far less reps. Fewer sets with full rest in between.

3x3 squats, I'm quad heavy too so I just throw that in, and i'm good

not possible
just stay away from roids then and carbs so ur legs don't get bloated

or u can try less reps like 3 reps to failure so u get less pump but I would rather kms than do that with squats
