Thick skin doesn’t really affect aesthetics. It’s more likely you have bad fat distribution. The phenotypes that have thick skin tend to have fat faces too.

Just ignore basic biology bro. I have thick skin and my veins are a bit less prominent than that. I’m not sure thick skin even affects veins. More to do with blood flow and fat.
