The main thing you need to do is get the bacterias called Lactococcus lactis and Leuconostoc mesenteroides into milk, dont worry its like yougurt

Ingredients

1 liter of any milk

Around 3 tablespoons of already
fermented milk

1. First you have too pour the milk into a bowl of any sorts

2. You have too stir the already fermented milk in

3. Then put a small cover over it so dust or insects dont come

WARNING
Dont put too big of a cover cus then the air wont be able to get in

4. Let it rest for 12-24 hours in room tempature and check up on it in between to see if its thick enough

5. Put it in fridge and eat later

It should look like this while having it in bowl

Btw if you wanna make more just save like 3 tablespoons from the earlier one

Unfortunately I don't think anyone here has a attention span or big brain enough to enact this

And then complain about being subhuman🤣

In my opinion you have to atleast try to optimise before you complain

For I while I didn’t think my skin was improving on my diet, but it has now.

I figured out the reason my acne persisted dispite my good diet was because I was sleeping on my side so my face would get more oily and be exposed to bacteria from my pillowcase overnight. I identified this because I’d mostly (not always but 80% of the time) sleep on my right side and I’d mostly have acne on the right side of my face.

I now sleep on my back (still getting used to it, it’s been uncomfortable tbh) and my acne’s gotten way better. Sometimes people get complacent about acne not leaving despite their efforts but don’t realise there is a factor fucking them over they’re completely oblivious to.

It was kinda interesting, also I’m happy to have clearer skin now

I now sleep on my front (still getting used to it, it’s been uncomfortable tbh) and my acne’s gotten way better. Sometimes people get complacent about acne not leaving despite their efforts but don’t realise there is a factor fucking them over they’re completely oblivious to.

I’d change it weekly, cba changing it any more often than that

Apparently sleeping on your side causes asymmetry and can potentially make nasal breathing harder so it’s worth sleeping on your back anyway

The asymmetry things definitely true it just gradually

Sleeping on your back won’t necessarily fix current asymmetry’s but it’ll definitely prevent inevitable asymmetry cause by sleeping on your side

It’s hard for me too tbh, I suppose I’m getting used to it a bit
