How to make stuff appear in lucid dream?

OK I've had maybe 5-7? occasions of me realizing I am in a dream and in some of those dreams I try to make girls ik personally appear(iykyk) but I never seem to be able to do it like manipulate the enviornemnt and people around me when I'm lucid dreaming and it feels fucking wasted

I need a pro lucid dreamer to explain to me this because I have just learned how to realize I am dreaming in a dream and now want to make people and things appear

When you’re awake you can visualize stuff right? So try to visualize what you want when you’re in the dream, ie I want to be 6,5 I visualize an animation of my limbs enlarging.
