What you need: Discord account, preferably an alt with no connections but legitimate enough to seem as your main
What to do: join a therapy server off disboard or tiktok, lurk for a while then request a therapist.
Talk about how lonely you are, how touch deprived and suicidal you feel.
Make the oblivious foid feel guilty.
Drop the bomb, „i want to kill myself”
Shes obviously gonna tell you not to etc etc.
Say if she wont be your girlfriend you’ll kill yourself.
IF the foid has trace amounts of empathy she’s gonna play along unwillingly, ask her to send nudes for your dopamine farm. If she resists tell her you’ll shoot yourself
Once she blocks you delete your account and never speak about it again
