If you don't see results after that, you are most likely boneless, and your zygos aren't projected enough.

Increase your potassium intake and if your zygos are well projected and your gonions are not sunken then you should be fine, otherwise there’s not much more you can do

If you have to ask a question like this 99% of the time you're boneless to begin with.

Most importantly get to or below 12% body fat and maintain a 4-1 unit potassium to sodium ratio to reduce water retention

what is an effective way to increase your potassium intake? which foods contain it the most?

Yeah, search up flared gonions and you’ll see what I mean.

Bananas & coconut water are fairly high in potassium, you can get around 300-500mg of potassium intake a banana and 600 in coconut water.

at the moment, my height is 177 and my weight is 50 kg, so the question is, with my proportions, can fat reach over 12 percent?

you are probably close to 12% if you are 50kg. You need to eat more man, body halo is real

is there a daily allowance? maybe I'll drink more than I need to
I’m not too sure about that, I don’t think it would be bad for you but idk if it will benefit you more either.

it's just that I was looking at them now, they are sold in packs of 250 milligrams and I can't get drunk with 1 pack, if you take coconut water, how many milligrams do you consume per day?

I buy vita coco and each bottle has 650mg, but I also eat lots of bananas too so mabye around 1200mg a day is what I consume.

For children

Children need much less — from 400 to 3,000 mg, depending on their age. Some guidelines:
  • 0–3 months — 400 mg;
  • 4–6 months — 700 mg;
  • 7–11 months — 1,000 mg;
  • 1-2 years — 1,300 mg;
  • 3–6 years old — 1,600 mg;
  • 7–10 years old — 2,000 mg;
  • 11–13 years old (boys) — 2,500 mg, girls — 2,300 mg;
  • 14–17 years old (boys) — 3,000 mg, girls — 2,500 mg.

Well from other foods and drinks you also get potassium, not just from bananas and coconut water. I’m just explaining what I add specifically for more potassium intake.

If debloating with potassium doesn’t help, there’s not much more you can do without surgery because now it’s a bone issue. I’d also advise you to be patient because at 15 years old you still have lots of baby fat you will eventually grow out of, so keeping a good debloated face is sure to put you on the right track.
