how to make the nose smaller

I know i am a grey, but I want to know how to fix my nose to lip ratio without surgeries, cus i cant do it at my age still.

He is wrong, fillers can't reduce your alar base.

Try hydrocortisone and tretinoin to shrink it. If your skin is already bad, try using accutane. It'll help for both nose shrinkage and skin.
