How to make the ramus and gonions look outwards instead of inwards?

Can fillers work for this? Or is there a different solution. My ramus is inwards which gives my jaw a oval shape, is it possible to make it have a V shape from the front?

Not true . Back in the 90s sure , but implants today are way more advanced. Save up 5k and go to Korea if youre concerned about cost.

Yep , in India and Turkey too. They're customizable too , but please get something reasonable and don't over do it.
