i’ve noticed many attractive people with a naturally forward grown maxilla have more volume below their eyes (not just below the eye, it extends below and into their midface.) idk how to explain it, hopefully someone knows what I’m talking about… it looks really good and makes someone come across as really attractive imo.

lefort 1 only repositions the lower portion of the maxilla (which would still aid my cooked lower third to a very large extent, so i’ll be going through with it regardless) but it won’t give that volume in my midface below the eye area.
my maxilla isn’t SUPER bad, like it’s recessed forsure and i have malocclusion but only somewhat. i can fraud pretty well by jutting but when i speak or eat it’s more noticeable (also jutting 24/7 totally rapes my masseters and gives me really bad migraines, and i hate both of these things, so obv i’m still going the surgical route). also worth mentioning that my zygos are also really high set and prominent, they’re probably one of the best features on my face.

is there a solution to give this midface undereye area more volume? (surgical or non-surgical, lefort 2 is out the window since they only perform that on severely recessed patients/trauma victims). ig if there isn’t could my high zygos carry my midface and should i stop worrying?
all answers greatly appreciated.

if you are in puberty chew hard food (like a lot) it will force the maxilla to grow upwards. But it is still mostly genetics

dihpulling should work maybe buy jester patels course and he can help you?

some surgeons perform highcut lefort 1, which is way less risky compared to lefort 2. expensive as fuck though.

Lefort 1 with Maxillary downgrafting and CCW rotation, ANS graft if ANS is recessed too

You would need downswung and recessed maxilla to ascend the most of it though

Having the lower maxilla projected more than upper maxilla is a good thing and ideal

LF 2 is a meme promoted by Giant Implants and don't do shit for aesthetics unless you're a deformed bottom 1% maxilla or a death tier ethnic indian Dravidian with pushed back skull
