How to make wrists thicker

Most people will tell you that the size of the wrist is purely genetically determined, although environments may also play a role in the development of those wrists or even bones in general.

As you know, muscles are grown through micro tears after strength training, which leads to hypertrophy.

Also when you get a wound, it eventually heals and comes back stronger.

The same rule here can be applied with bones, thus allowing them to grow in size.

This concept is now as wolf's law

Bones do indeed remodel and grow in size, however the process is a lot longer than muscle hypertrophy.

The wrist doesn't have any muscles attached to it which makes it very hard to grow in possible, but many deem this impossible and merely genetically determined.

This is however false as people who work in trade have been able to grow their wrists and hands from all those years of working with their hands.



So how do we grow wrists?

Well, it's a lot more simple than you think.


Just order a pull up bar to attach to your door, or whatever thing you can grio into and hang with your body weight.

Then hang on the pull up bar for as long as you possibly can. Make these reps quality instead of quantity.


Keep repeating these quality reps and have breaks in between.


Do this every other day for a few months and you could see a .5 inch different in wrist circumference.


And if you are not applying any pressure to your bones, it can lead to osteoporosis and cause the bones to become smaller.


Wrists can grow in size but it will take a lot of hard work and persistence.

Expect to see half an inch of difference if you really stress those wrists with your entire body weight on the pull up bar.

Consistency is key.

Lol at people obsessing over wrist size, if you are above 6 inches it’s ok
 
I believe 7 inches is the average I believe.
6,5 tbh, after autistically observing gymcel’s and normie’s wrist I have concluded that, it’s not like you are gonna get laid (or not) by having big wrists anyways

wouldn’t you need to hang for an obscenely long time to affect wrist bones?

i was thinking punching a punching bag with bare hands a 100 or so times a day could stress the wrist(and possibly hands) enough to thicken them. on top of forearm excercises

I think henry cavills wrists are quite small
