so it used to be you could walk up to the manager and ask him for a job. now you have to be a 'le Don Juan (I get a feeling that H.R does not see who can do the job but who they would rather fuck!)

-should you put keywords/parrot the company motto in your resume/interview to get a job?

For your resume you just need to education/skill/experience mog all your competition.
Parroting the company motto should be done in the cover letter.
And in the interviews you should present yourself as a nt person who understands the ethics/values of the company and belives/follows them.

Honestly, all the resumes I've received have been dog shit and cliche, be honest its so easy to spot out bs - one of the main things I look at and use myself is when people admit they don't know everything but they're willing to do their best to learn it
