How to make your voice deeper with only DIET

When Í initially began supplementing with potassium, Í knew Í was onto something. My voice became noticeably deeper. This reaction was more spectacular than anything Í had ever witnessed in my life. However, the impact lasted about a week before disappearing. After more research, Í realized that magnesium was essential for potassium to be used, thus supplementing with magnesium and potassium again reduced my voice. Aha! Í thought Í was on to something! You require both potassium and magnesium.

However, after a few months, Í observed that my voice began to rise again, and no matter how much magnesium and potassium Í took, it would not go down. After much experimentation, Í discovered that supplementing with more zinc caused my voice to deepen.

My current regime includes potassium, magnesium, and zinc. However, it should be emphasized that Í was already supplementing with vitamins A, D, B vitamins, K, iron, and copper. So, perhaps some of those factors are also necessary.

However, Í have discovered some things that help with the voice-lowering impact. A soup cooked with steamed carrots, red pepper, celery, rosemary, and either butter or edam cheese seemed to enhance the impact, lowering my voice even further.

However, it appeared to worsen my erectile function. :feelstrash::feelsbaton::ogre:

You are ruining your body supplementing all those lol. Lots of heavy metals, industrial solvents, chemicals. Will cause tumors

what type of zinc? How how much would you say it deepened your voice?
