How to makes lower lip and overall lips appear smaller and wider?

I have overjet and I need orthodontic help but my lips are big ( i'm half white , half brazilian so i'm latino )
Before you say it, yes I am aware my ethnic features will make my lips big and I cant really change it but I want to slightly decrease the size.
I think its mostly buccal fat next to my cheeks which makes it worse and I have a overjet which makes it worse aswell but is there a pharmaceutical I can do or something

only things that would help you is orthodontic work and lip posture. retracting both the top and bottom teeth would thin them both, and retroclining them (tilting them backwards) would also thin them
