How to manage adhd without meds???

I always thought i have it, i plan to go to a psychiatrist for it, i have every single symptom of it, was always very hyperactive and impulsive as a kid, now i have the more adult adhd symptoms.
How can i manage it without meds tho? I can't seem to start any activities and get bored of everything i start fast, it's very bad for studying
