How to manage ritalin crash

For context, im 17 with adhd, and got prescribed ritalin (methylphenidate) IR, 30mg

20 in the morning, 10 in the afternoon

the problem is, how shitty and depressing it feels when it crashes since it only lasts for about 2 hours for me


what should i do?, i get anxious and depressed, like after 2 hours

also for some fucking reason, my heart feels like its bouta burst, like its beating like its tryna keep an old obese nigga alive
