INTRODUCTION
Stress has become a normal part of life. Our body is designed to handle short periods of stress, helping us stay alert and react to things. However, when youre always stressed, it can affect your daily life

For example, things like chronic stress can reduce your motivation, worsen your sleep, make it harder to focus, Affect your mood and can even make your face look worse than you already is. Many people always look down on stress.

People always say "Dont worry about it."
but how can you actually do that?

1. UNDERSTAND WHY YOURE STRESSED

We need to know the reason first before fixing things.
This is very important because most people are always stressed
without knowing the reason. Stress can come from anything, but mostly it came from things like school, work, socials problem, relationships, health problems and etc. There are two types of stress

Acute stress is short term. usually happens when youre nervous like taking an exam, presentation, in a sports event. This type of stress usually goes away once the situation is over.

chronic stress
can lasts for week or months. This is the stress that can affect your life, physically and mentally.

The signs of chronic stress includes:
·Feeling tired even after sleeping
·Having trouble falling asleep
or staying asleep
·Frequent headaches or muscle ·tension
·Feeling irritated over small things
·Difficulty concentrating
·Loss of motivation
·Changes in appetite
·Constant worrying

There are exercise with studies that might help it, its similar to meditation. It can reduce perceived stress and improve your emotions. It help you notice stressful thoughts without immediately reacting to them, making it easier to respond calmly instead of impulsively.

Sleeping is one of the most effective tools for stress. During sleep, your muscles recover, and your body regulates hormones involved in mood, appetite, and energy.
Basically, you dont THINK at all when youre asleep.
Poor sleep and stress create a vicious cycle. However, Stress makes it hard to sleep, and poor sleep makes stressful situations feel even worse the next day.
So how to get a good sleep?

To improve sleep quality, you need to go to bed and wake up at roughly the same time every day, Keep your bedroom cool, dark, and quiet, Avoid large meals and caffeine close to bedtime, also do things that can calm your body such as reading, listening to soft music, and etc.
Sleeping wont kill stress, it just make you dont think about it.

You dont need to do it if you dont like exercising, But exercising have proven studies that shows it can reduce stress by helping regulate your body's stress response, improves sleep and moods. You dont need to go for heavy things, You can just go for things like:

·Running
·Cycling
·Swimming

Whenever we do a mistake, our brains always jump to the worst possible outcome, making situations feel much more scary than they actually are. This can usually be fix by talking to someone, venting, or even writes it on a book. Basically, You need to focus on what could go wrong tommorow instead of today.

5. BREATHING AND RELAXING

When youre stressed, Your heart rate increases and breathing often becomes faster and shallower. There are Relaxation techniques that help activate your body's natural calming response.
Some effective methods include:
·Slow diaphragmatic breathing
Box breathing (inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4, exhale for 4, hold for 4)
·Progressive muscle relaxation
·Mindfulness meditation

5. RELATIONSHIPS

You should never faces your problems alone, its natural for us to have friends or atleast people to talk to(even talking to yourself count).
You don't need a huge social circle. Even one or two trusted friends, family members, or strangers can provide emotional support and advices.

6. REDUCE SCREEN TIME/PUTTING INFORMATION IN YOUR BRAIN

Modern technology makes us consume endless information a day. It is okay to stay informed, but sometime the negative contents like porn and etc can increase stress and axienty.
If you find yourself endlessly scrolling, set a limit to it.
·Take a walk outside whenever you feel like scrolling
·Taking regular breaks

7. DEVELOP HEALTHY HABITS

If you develop healthy habits, it can improve stress management and your ability to recover after stressing. For example, simple habits like Keeping your house clean, Spending time outdoors or with friends(if you have), Reading books, Practicing hobbies, Maintaining a regular daily routine. This can help your brain decides what to do when youre in a stressful situation instead of making you crazy.

CONCLUSION

You cannot avoid stress, And you should definitely not hear advice from someone whos not a doctor, psychiatrist or whatever either. However, by doing things that i said, it can improve your ways of facing stress instead of thinking the worse.
