The first phase (Follicular phase) begins with menses also know as period and its 1-7 days long, menses are followed by ovulation (day 14), just less than a week before the ovulation the LH levels are on the highest of her period (28 days long, but we just care about the first phase).
What is the Luteinizing hormone?
