impossible without getting action banned. tried all the apps. even made a program with an expoit to write down all my followers, then it write down all my following. and it subtracted my followers from my following to see who doesnt follow me back and gave me a list of all the people not following me. so i typed all their names in 1 by 1 and unfollowed. but even then instagram assumed im using an app even tho i wasnt and action blocked me if i exceeded 30-50 unfollows per day.

so i decided its better to just mass unfollow all the people instagram suggests in that 'users you least interact with' and hope its not the hot girls who follow you that ur unfollowing
