They are on opposite side on the spectrum so how do you maximize longevity. Does going gym reduce longevity and youth because gym= growth

To answer ur question, yes, going to the gym will hinder ur growth

This is a very interesting topic. I just recently started looking into it, but basically, to sum it up, mTOR ( mechanistic target of rapamycin ) is a kinase that regulates growth, metabolism, and cell survival.

There are two main complexes of mTOR

mTOR-C1 - which is linked to hypertrophy and growth, it gets activated by Leucine, insulin, and IGF-1, therefore stimulates protein synthesis, lipogenesis, and muscle hypertrophy. if u chronically activate mTOR-C1, it will suppress autophagy, without it, you'll damage ur proteins...

going gym actually increases the risk of getting many diseases, including unretarded syndrome

ROPE NOW NIGGER

yes big muscles requires more resources not to mention gym=cortisol skyrocket and ofc main atribute is diet (eat mostly high quality meat, organs, eggs, animal fats, some dairy and little fruits asw) ((i still work out like 2 times a week for 30mins max))

mTOR-C2 - linked to longevity and cellular maintenance. u can activate this by protein cycling, fasting, and using rapamycin. It's basically the opposite of mTOR-C1, it promotes autophagy. Keep in mind that it's catabolic, so u might lose some muscle

(Rapamycin can be effective even if ur old asf )

Now, if your main goal is longevity, u want to chronically activate mTOR-C2 using the methods I just told u. obv, there's prob more methods, but I would suggest u to get ur hands on Rapamycin. Keep in mind, I'm no expert, and DYOR before using it

I advise u to read this thread made by @7evenvox22 this nigga is smart af, and honestly, he was ahead of our time

If u need more help, pm me brah

If you’re asking about visual longevity then high collagen consumption, great health indicators and don’t be a degenerate

Wonderful answer bhai :peepoClap:
But I have a question to ask u
What is it
