Genetics mostly but I can tell you why he looks so appealing -
Button nose
His jaw is visible, it's not too strong but not too weak either
Dark brows
Forward grown
His skull is a bit small which makes him look more feminine (+ the button nose) which takes part in his appeal (Most women like androgenous men although this guy is a bit too robust to fit in that categ)
Good lips
His colouring is amazing as well
