There is only so much you can do, if you have maxed out your eyebrows and eyelashes then focus on your skin, make sure it's clear and that you have a good coloring

Your skin is really red, try minimizing sun exposure and always wear broad spectrum sunscreen. Fair skin is going to be better for contrast and you can try tanning a bit or use stuff like carotenoids (beta-carotene), but for now minimize sun exposure

I figured out, for hydration you can use thick, non-comedogenic creams containing ceramides, glycerin, or squalane. And for lips you can use Vaseline
