How to maximise lip health??

[Recessed 5'3 manlet]

ive noticed my lips are crusty and i would say small and the length isnt decent either, does anybody know how to fix this / improve lip health size and length i honestly dont mind small changes aslong as i can get them even a tiny bit bigger longer or even healthier.
