How to accelerate accutane effects on face and minimize potential scarring?

I would assume drinking a lot of water and using moisturizer on skin religiously would help the scarring, however I need tips on stuff like exfoliating skin and maybe other things I don't even know.

Nothing can be done unless you up dosage. Or couple it with other anti acne things which is not recommended
