How to maximize frame in 70 days?

Yo I'm new to gym lifting wise like I've gone maybe 30 - 40 times in my life (to lift) cause I'm a basketball player but recently I've stopped playing basketball to focus on academics and other stuff, and I've gained a good bit of weight.

What would be the best split/routine in the gym to lose 20 lbs while also maximizing shoulders and back for shoulder to waist width ratio?

get chatgpt to create a 70 day plan for you. it actually work wonders. just remember to give it all your stats (body fat percentage, weight, etc.) and tell it your goal.

Hold it as much as possible. Train with imaginary shit-tests and arguments with women.
