Yo I'm new to gym lifting wise like I've gone maybe 30 - 40 times in my life (to lift) cause I'm a basketball player but recently I've stopped playing basketball to focus on academics and other stuff, and I've gained a good bit of weight.
What would be the best split/routine in the gym to lose 20 lbs while also maximizing shoulders and back for shoulder to waist width ratio?
