THESE ARE COMPREHENSIVE AND SCIENCE BACKED METHODS TO SPIKE IGF-1 LEVELS
1: EAT EXTREME AMOUNTS OF SUGAR (don’t let fearmongering manlets tell you sugar is cope) Try to get in atleast 100 grams of sugar each hour
