how to maximize my height growth

growth plates are still open for about a year realistically. i’m 5,8.5 how can i maximize my height growth without a lot of money i have money but not doctor administered hgh kinda money.

severely gh lacking adults i’m young and not deficient so i don’t think it makes sense to take it

aromasin @ 12.5mgEOD + 2.5mg anavar ED if poor, CJC1292 DAC if semi-rich, and HGH if rich. Aromasin is most important as it will keep your plates open and buy you time to do other shit.

i was actually stressing about this exact situation last week and it really fucked my dandruff and acne so im just grateful i am a lot taller than my parents
