my stack for sleep is magnesium glycinate, ashwaganda, l theanine, and melatonin. You should try it

Good question. You should go to sleep and keep a consistent schedule, for example: if you go to bed at 23 p.m/00 a.m. and wake up at 8–9 a.m., stick to that to maintain your circadian rhythm, after that, getting 7–8 hours of sleep to enter the REM phase is super important because it’s when the most signaling cascades for testosterone occur, along with intense exercise, and vice versa… SLEEPPILL is very important.

yes when i wake up i feel tired most of the time
I've been dealing with most of my life, still haven't found a fix and I'm about to spend a bunch of money to figure out the exact issue.

You can start by checking your B12, D3(25 OH D3 and 1.25 OH D3), Thyroid (TSH, T3, T4) and if all of these appear fine check for Sleep Apnea.

Supplements like magnesium glycinate, be careful with melatonin as you can mess up natural production/sensitivity. Set a constant circadian rhythm , e.g go to sleep 10.15 every day wake up 7-8 am, no caffeine around 7 hours before bed, try to reduce blue light near sleepy time

i wake up tired
Usually it should be an "easy" fix or reason but in some cases (like me) you will have to go extremely deep in blood results, patterns and life style.
