Notice anything?
They all (except the bottom left, bottom row 2nd, and 4th) all have extremely prominent features, most notably cheek bones, jaw, even brow for some which is obviously some genetics, but its not ONLY genetics.
Its BODYFAT percentage.
But for the point im gonna get to, you dont have to do the extremely intense workouts that wrestlers do
Heres a picture of jordan B at his average healthy weight
Because his features are already so prominent and kind of pop out (like his cheeks), when hes not anorexic and at healthy weight, he kind of looks like a grandma

see the difference? Massive change in cheekbones and jaw, brow prominence. He literally changed PSL just by eating less, because his features became more defined and prominent.
This is because of low bodyfat %, he maximizes his prominence and features by losing bodyfat.
ANYBODY can do this, obviously youre not gonna look exactly like jordan, no not at all, but you can maximize your genetics by losing bodyfat, at 8-10% clean shaven or slight stubble, your jaw and cheeks, brow WILL pop.
If youre over 15% bodyfat considering any type of face surgery for more prominence, you havent even seen your facial structures peak (8-10%BF), and you will most likely regret it.
Lastly, the wrestlers shown at the top are shown for reference, because some of them are ugly, but because their BF% is so low,(except for the heavyweights mentioned in the bottom row) some of them go from ugly to average, or average to above average.
