You should holding up a credit card near to your face with opened mouth and then take a photo from profile.
In computer you can draw mew line(from front teeth to nose) and use credit card size to know what is the real measurement.

You can do it every week to be sure if your mewing works or not.

Everything else to see and measure mewing changes is cope

I don't mind tbh, im gonna be on a bone remodelling stack during that time to speed up the process, and im 17 and poor so surgery isn't an option anytime soon tbh

I have not enough money to get infraorbital rim implants after bimax
I guess i will cope with bonesmashing that area
