How to measure powder in mgs

I have dutasteride powder how do i measure it to 2.5mgs i can't find a weight scale or a scoop which can measure 2.5mgs

i think the best way is digital miligram scale, just turn it on and tare zero with empty paper, and js add powder,

example:

• 0.005 g = 5 mg
• 0.020 g = 20 mg

I can't find one that small and even if i do they give errors in the weight
