No a 1:1 ratio meaning its a ratio. Thats the definition of a ratio more or less. I think the ideal measurement for men is 1:1.618.

No because the actual measurements are distorted. Take a tape measure and find the width of your waist and then your shoulders. Divide shoulders by waist. That answer is your swr. If its close to the ideal I mentioned above then thats good.
