How to mew for High Class look

I noticed when I push hard I get much forward projection in the middle part of maxilla which creates an ugly bloated farmer look.
Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this?
I think the key is to focus on outer edges. When I mew with only the tip and back part of tongue I noticed a High Class look but that was some time ago.
Any serious advice needed. No trolls.

Yeah same here. My wisdom tooth came out from 0 to 75%. People here are ignorant smh
