How to minimize cortisol/bloat during weight lifting?

I lift usually 4x a week, have a great diet, do sprints daily, Ect… one thing I notice is that after an intense Upper/Lower day I always look bloated after. I believe this is because there is a spike in my cortisol, how can I reduce this? Advice would be appreciated thanks.

focus on balanced nutrition, hydration (prime hydration ❤️), carbohydrate intake, adequate recovery, stress management, quality sleep, and avoiding overtraining.
