How to minimize fatigue on a cut?

I’m on a cut right now, getting down to below 10% bf and I feel really tired in the middle of the day. Any tips? Help will be appreciated :Peepo:

im also on a cut so lemme try to help you out
  1. after a workout (especially with all the extra cardio) you always feel like youre gonna pass out, eat fruit or drink juice (a lot of it) right after gym to replenish your glycogen stores
  2. theres a natural spike in melatonin levels around 4-5pm for most people so a quick 30 minute nap early into the afternoon can be helpful
  3. hydrate really well, if youre on creatine its especially important to drink enough water daily since a lot of it will now absorb into your muscles
