yea, it doesnt even start unless ur on it for like 2-3 months and most of the time its only grade 1-2. if ur rlly scared of RPED which only has a 1-2% of a grade 3, just stop the medication until ur visions back to normal

I might sound like an iqlet but what about the scoliosis and kyphosis do you have any advice to prevent those I'm probably going to start erda in a month or so I'm on a cut currently, also do you think its fear mongered or no the "fear" behind it is "correct"?

Just look up how to prevent scoliosis and kyphosis there’s nothing different that you need to do while on erda specifically. And yeah it’s overly fear mongered
