How to mix retinoids/topicals? (Question)

I recently made a bigger order off IndiaMart which includes the following.

0.05% Tretinoin
1% Hydrocortisone Cream (for nose and other areas)
Estriol Cream
Hydroquinone

How should I get these well in routine? I currently only use tretinoin and azelaic acid, AA in the daytime, tret at night for 3x a week. I know you shouldn’t have a lot of actives at once, so how do I splice these during the week, AM and PM? It would be a huge help, thank you. B)
