This will be basic information about how to mog at the beach specifically if you have limited time (week or a few days). Assuming you already put some work in
idk how to format so I'll be doing my best, this is all basic information btw
1 week
so, if you only have a week here is what I would do (assuming you are already lean or have been cutting for a while)
a week ahead I would keep cardio high and sweat a lot keep the carbs limited to reduce bloat (a week in advance is good time so don't be too neurotic yet)
3 days
now 3 days until being on the beach getting that sweet UV into your skin
, here is what to do make sure cardio is high like we talked about before and limit carbs also limit water intake so the little carbs you have in your body doesn't hold the water and you look like you have been sitting inside eating chips all day. Also try getting outside a bit and tanning (warming your body up to the UV). this really is js a simple debloat guide the trick is to have the work already put in

another tip avoid carbonated drinks, water and sugar filled foods just stick to whole foods

tbh if you didn't prepare already good luck, try sweating to debloat or just prepare for next year by using the tips I said before
