My gf visits Christmas

So i wanna go from approx 13,5-14% to 9-11% bf because i wanna see if it really enhances my looks.

Idk much about this topic besides the basic advice, so id Like to ask here for more opinions.
From what i understand, fat loss occurs when you Born more calories than you eat and you gain fat when you eat more than you burn.

According to a calculator online my maintainance calories (to stay at the bodyfat im at rn) is 2800/day.
So i thought ok, if i wanna be at 9-11% from13-14% bf till christmas which equals approx 3 kg of fat. I need to loose around 0,7kg / week.
So i think a deficit of 400-500 calories would cut it.

Rn im eating 2400 kcal/day

But i also dont wanna crash my hormones, Libido, thyroid skin or smth but i Heard from a friend that when He Cut in Winter He Had a really Bad Libido and i can Imagine what it feels Like, for example when you eat less because of a flu i also have Cold feety Hands, Low Energy, face Looks dull, Low Libido....

My current diet is the following:
800g ground meat (with 19g fat and 19g Protein in 100g)
4 eggs, with the White cooked and the yolk runny, bcs i feel i can digest it better this way
Once a week around 150 g CoD liver

And Yesterday i Started adding in some rice waffles with honey before my workouts because i Heard itll Help with Performance.
What approach should i take to get the aestetic benefits of getting lean while being healthy.

i dont think that much change in BF% would have a huge contribution to your looks

but it is on you to train

make sure you train not only your abs, but your obliques too. however do not overtrain.
I trained them for Like 6 month now but i think its really fat why they are Not showing

just fucking eat less if its hard take reta or terzepitide. Its not hard calories in calories out boyo. Worst comes to worst and ur bf is still high try like a fat burner not like dnp tho

I'm not enhanced either and my bloodwork and libido is perfect. I personally have hypothyroidism due to an auto-immune disease so I have prescribed levythyroxine (t4). If you are worried about thyroid and are having symptoms get it checked and if it is low you will get prescribed t3/t4.

too late to leanmaxx, should've started a month ago. You won't lose any fat you'll just tank your test.
 
How do you keep Ur hormones and thyroid stable

It’s not that deep your hormones don’t fluctuate enough to change your matinence calories by more than like 100 maybe 200 unless you have hypothyroidism which I’m pretty sure you don’t. It’s not a problem you’re fussing over stupid shit

But i can feel how my Libido lowered, my Hands feet are colder lower Energy and such since im on the Cut

Yeah just stfu stupid thyroid copers dude its not a problem unless u have hypothyroidism its just cope so people feel like they have advanced secret knowlege its not a real issue rat well below matinence calories and you will lose weight although u dont really have enough time to get super lean for christmas

If ur actually tryna lose weight in the next 3 weeks you need to just crash ur calories, I promise you’ll be fine if you go back to regular eating after. Just hit a steep deficit for a couple weeks and if you really care that much, take a couple days before she gets there to get ur calories back up. Don’t be bloated either

yeah js like that do cardio and eat 500 below maintenance. make sure to track your calories and not just make assumptions because that could end up at you eating at maintenance and not knowing about it
